How do I place an order?

Placing an order at the MME Group Webshop is a process that we are trying to keep as customer-friendly as possible.
How to place an order is described in the following steps:

  1. Select the desired language/country;
  2. Search an item or multiple items in the webshop;
  3. Add the item to the shopping cart by clicking on the button ‘Add to cart’ on the product page;
  4.  You can choose to ‘Continue shopping’ to search for more items or you can finalize the order by choosing for ‘View cart & checkout.

Shopping cart
When you have decided to finalize the order you click on ‘My Cart’. You will get an overview of all the items that you’ve added and a total amount. Items placed in the shopping cart aren’t ordered yet.

If you would like to finalize your order go to the option ‘Checkout’ in the shopping cart. You can also go the ‘Checkout’ in the top of the webshop. You can now make an account, login to your account or checkout as a guest.

The ordering process consists of the following simple steps:

  1. Fill in your name and address details
  2. Fill in a delivery address for the order
  3. Choose a shipping method
  4. Choose payment method
  5. Check your order
  6. Place your order and pay for your order safely.
  7. Pay your order safely with iDEAL, PayPal or Credit card

 After placing your order, you will receive conformation by e-mail.

Shipping & Delivering

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped from our foundry in Faversham (United Kingdom).
All orders within The Netherlands and other countries are shipped from our warehouse in Dintelmond (The Netherlands).

MME Group tries to send your order within 2 business days. This does depend on the payment method that is chosen.
Deliveries outside of The Netherlands and the United Kingdom are usually delivered within 3-10 business days.  


It’s possible to use one of the following offered payment methods in the MME Group Webshop:

  • iDEAL
  • PayPal
  • Credit card

The payment method is only available for customers with a Dutch bank account. With iDEAL you pay your order in the trusted and secure payment environment of your own bank. For more information go to the website of iDEAL.

We offer the possibility to pay using PayPal. You pay electronically via PayPal by login to your PayPal account which is connected to your bank- or giro account. For more information go the PayPal website.

Credit card
Paying with a credit card is possible for the following card providers: MasterCard, VISA, Maestro and American Express. Other credit card providers are not supported.

Cancel, Returning & Refunds

The cancellation of an order is, as long as it has not been sent, free of charge.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent, you should refuse the package at delivery. If the MME Group has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price after receipt of return. The shipping costs will be charged (only if you refuse the order at the door and return the package unopened to the deliverer).

Returning / Cooling off period
Consumers have a cooling off period of 14 days to return a product without giving reason, starting on the day of delivery of the product. An exception here is personalized products / customization. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Want to return the entire order? Received items should be sent for return to the address under mentioned. MME Group will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning the order are for your account.

Also when you want to return a part of the order, the shipping costs will be for your account. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable in that case.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be made know in writing to MME Group. This can be done via e-mail, fax or post. You must provide us with at least your full name and the invoice number.
For the refunding of already paid (in advance) sums, we also need your bank account details. Customers from Belgium also need to mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note that the account you specify for the refund must be equal to the account from which you made the payment to the MME Group in order to prevent fraudulent refunds.
Amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days.

Warranty & Reparing
The warranty period ends 6 (six) months after the date on which the goods have been taken into use.
No warranty is applicable for goods repaired or replaced.
Creating an account
Go to the option ‘My Account’ to create an account to place orders. Click on the ‘Create an Account’ button. Enter your name, e-mail address and desired password. Confirm this information through the ‘Send’ button. You will receive a confirmation of your details by e-mail. You can only create 1 account per e-mail address. 

Via the option ‘Log In’ in the webshop it’s possible to login on your account at any time. By logging in it’s possible to change your details (for example your delivery details) or add new details to your account.

Forget your password
In case you have forgotten your password go to ‘Log In’ and choose for the option ‘Forgot your password’. Fill in your e-mail address used for the account and you will automatically receive a new password.
